Overview
At SHS Gifts & Gadgets, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our refund and return policy allows eligible items to be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.

Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
The item must be unused and undamaged
The original packaging must be intact
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required
Please do not send returned items directly to the manufacturer.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
Intimate or sanitary items
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Gift cards
Downloadable software or digital products
Selected health and personal care items

Partial Refunds (If Applicable)
Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:
Items showing obvious signs of use
Opened media or software products
Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
Items returned after 30 days from delivery

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within a few business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit equal to the return value once the item is received.
If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Shipping Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
If a refund is issued, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance for higher-value items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned goods.
Delivery time for exchanged items may vary based on location.
